Cat Bonney's communication and design career started with a bit of audacity, as a college student assigned to cook eggs in the cafeteria breakfast line, she talked her way into a role supporting the journalism department instead, creating student publications and print materials for professors. It turned out to be the right trade: what began as an escape from the griddle became a lifelong pursuit of clear, compelling print design and communication.
Today, as a commercial graphic artist and marketing consultant based in the Rogue Valley, Cat helps entrepreneurs and established organizations alike cut through the noise and get clarity on their marketing, translating ideas into branded communication that reads clean, looks sharp, and holds up in both print and online. Her strength is bridging vision and execution: helping clients see what their brand can look like, then building the materials to get them there.
That same eye for clarity and consistency shapes her community work, where she partners with small businesses and nonprofits to sharpen how they show up and stay visible. At the core of it all is a simple conviction, that good design isn't decoration, it's strategy, and it can be the difference between a business that blends in and one that's remembered.
Cat currently resides in rural Southern Oregon in a renovated barn with her wife of over 20 years,
amongst the commonly found wild blackberries, pastured animals and other furry friends.
